Deck Footings, Insulation, a Pipe and Black Stuff

Today brought us deck footings x 2!

Also, some of the wall areas have been painted with some black stuff:

 

Some sheets of blue styrofoam type insulation were also placed:

And a blue pipe was run out into the back yard area:
